Super cute little brush. So it's not steam but indeed a mist, the hair becomes moist. This is exactly what I wanted to cool down my dog. Question about brushing, I'm not convinced of its effectiveness but it will still enjoy a great massage. In short, it's just a cute and fun cooling gadget, but I love it. :)
A toy for spa treatments. But overall it's not worth it
