They work well
Despite the cat liking it, only 1 unit came. The announcement said two pieces, it says '2PCS' in the description, ONLY 1 UNIT came, and two USB cables. It is also very noisy and only has 1 mode, automatic for 10 minutes and then stops.
Cool but noisy, cats are interested but don't play
The problem lies with the logistics company, EcoScooting, which lacks the capacity to handle incidents and has no sensitivity. I placed the order requesting delivery to my home. Then EcoScooting offered me the possibility to drop off the package at a collection point that is 100m away. I accepted, but they left it at another point 1.4 km away from my home. I called EcoScooting 3 times, they opened a case and I requested to receive the package at my home, since they told me they no longer work with the chosen delivery point. It was absolutely useless. They kept sending me notifications that the package was available at that distant pickup point. Even though I also opened a case on AliExpress, I had no choice but to go pick it up where they felt like leaving the package. EcoScooting has proven to be incapable of managing incidents and insensitive to the customer, since the fault has been entirely theirs.
It is of very good quality, the battery lasts a long time but it scares my cats a little.
